There are several steps that Prince Albert National Parks must take in the progression leading to a completed multi-year Management Plan. These include a preliminary Scoping Document, and a State of the Park Report, both of which involve public review and the opportunity to comment.

CPS has appreciated the opportunity to provide input into both documents, even though there was limited time to respond given the process deadlines and because the opportunities were presented later in the process rather than sooner. (See the Consultation Process section for more information.)

The following topics provide information and insight into the approches taken by CPS in response to draft documents and their terms of reference provided to us by the Prince Albert National Park Superintendent, the Communications Manager, and others.
